We are dedicated to provide you a fuss-free and enjoyable shopping experience with us! Kindly take some time to read through our Terms and Conditions prior to making a purchase. The Finders Label may move, modify, delete portions of, or add to, our website from time to time, without prior notice. We may change our terms that govern your use of the website, from time to time. By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated.

 

GENERAL

 1. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

 2. All transactions and emails will be attended within 1-2 working days.

PAYMENT

 1. All payments will be verified within 24 hours.

 2. We accept payments through PayPal and iBanking. Kindly note that ATM Transfers are strictly not accepted. In the event, whereby an ATM Transfer has been made, The Finders Label will not be liable and no refunds will be made.

 3. Kindly ensure that the correct item in the correct size/colour is selected before making the payment. Amendments to orders are strictly not allowed once orders are confirmed. The Finders Label  will not be liable for any wrong sizes/colours and/or duplicate orders are made.  

4. Please ensure that discount codes (if you are using) are keyed in before making the payment, in order for discounts to be valid. Payment made without the discount code at the point of sale will not be refunded.

iBanking Payment

1. If you wished to make payment via iBanking Transfer, kindly click on the ‘Check-Out' button at Check-out page, followed by 'iBanking Payment'. You may proceed to make your payment via iBank to the Bank Account provided. 

2. Please complete payment and update payment details within 24 hours. All unpaid orders after the payment timeframe will be cancelled automatically.

3. After making payment, click on ‘IB Payment Update’ under Customer Care at the bottom of the webpage and fill in the details of the payment.

PayPal Payment

1. If you wished to make payment via PayPal, kindly click on the ‘PayPal’ button at Check-out page. Immediate payment is required.

 

The Finders Label reserves all right to reject any orders if sufficient details of payment are given.

 

PRODUCTS

1. Colour

The Finders Label always strives for the most accurate display of colours for our products. Do note that colours may vary/appear slightly different from the original due to studio shoot conditions or differences in individual screen calibrations. Such colour differences will not be considered a defect.

2. Measurements

Measurements specified on the website are in actual accuracy of intended production. The Finders Label  is not liable for any discrepancies owing to the nature of mass production. Kindly note that only products with measurements falling short from the range of 0.5” – 0.8” would be considered a defect.

 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

1. Orders will be packed and shipped out within 1-2 working days, upon payment verification. Kindly ensure that all required information are provided correctly to avoid any possible delays.

2. Mailing days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays.

3. You are advised to opt for registered postage to avoid any lost mail when opt for normal postage. We will not be liable for any lost mails when normal postages are opted.

4. Kindly note that local postage will take 3-7 working days for parcel to arrive. While, registered postage takes 2-3 workings days for parcel to arrive.

5. All local parcels will be handled by SingPost, unless otherwise stated.

6. We ships worldwide! All overseas parcels will be mailed via AirMail, handled by SingPost, unless otherwise stated. You may refer to SingPost for overseas postage rates here.
